Employee Manager
Creates employees' information. Information here will be used to create schedule and payroll. This image shows RestaurantXPOS integrated version of employee manager. Only employee ID and time card information will be uploaded to cloud. All other personal information will be saved in your local station where Rxpos Business Essential is installed.
QR Time Clock
No need to have classic time clock. System automatically calculates hours, and creates payroll based on clock-in and clock-out time stamp.
- Employees with fixed amount payroll does not have to clock in or clock out.
- However, all employees must be added using Employee Manager to create payroll.
- Payroll Manager can creat payroll for all employees either fixed amount employees or hourly paid employees.
Schedule Manager
- Creates schedule for working employees.
- Sends employees schedule via. SMS message.
- No need to have extra SIM card to send SMS.
- Saves schedule for later reference.
- Supports unlimited number of employees.
Payroll Manager
- Automatically creates payroll based on any payroll period.
- Automatically creates payroll report for sales report.
- Sends employee detailed payroll report via. employees' email.
Sales Report Manager
- Creates sales report for your CPA.
- Drag and drop any files to be included in sales report.
- Create check images report file in case your bank statement does not include check images.
- Include optional memo to CPA.
- Organizes monthly reports in simple folder name as [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] [YEAR] [MMM].
Optional Check Images Report
- Supports any kinds of image formats.
- Simply drag and drop images from your bank's website.
- Application automatically creates check images report file.
In case your bank statement does not include check images, create check images report. Application will create Word docx file for check images as below.
Online Order for Restaurant
Accept online order for your restaurant, and receive direct payment by Square.
- Create Square merchant account.
- Create menu and modifiers.
- Configure 'existing network POS printer'.
- No need to purchase any POS printer.
- Will not affect your current POS (There is no way this application can affect your 'existing POS' as long as you follow instruction.)
- If your business does not have 'network POS printer', you cannot accept online order.
- Application will print online order using default office printer if you configure using office printer (Not recommended).

Installation Process
- Download Rxpos Web Installer here.
- Extract Rxpos Web Installer in any folder. Desktop is recommended for later use.
- Run [Rxpos Web Installer.exe as] Administrator. - Right click [Rxpos Web Installer.exe] then select [Run as Administrator].
- When Rxpos Web Installer is started, select [Rxpos Business Essential] option then click [Install] button.

Price
- No fees on using Schecule Manager, Payroll Manager, Sales Report Manager.
- Fees will applied on accepting online payment from your customer for using Online Order or Invoice Manager.
